Hey — just came across the article about Harris County Department of Education’s Head Start job fair and I totally relate. I’ve been looking for a role that lets me make a real difference in early childhood education, and seeing organizations actively recruiting for teacher, campus manager, and support roles is really inspiring.

One thing that stuck with me: the fact they even had onsite screenings and were ready to move fast for folks with the right certifications — that kind of momentum is exactly what I’m hoping for.
