Special Schools is searching for talented individuals passionate about serving children with unique challenges. On April 11, division leaders, in partnership with Human Resources, welcomed more than 60 prospective employees at three job fairs across Houston. 

Attendees visited Academic and Behavior Schools East and West, and Highpoint School to participate in on-site screenings to determine eligibility, and promising candidates with necessary certifications received the opportunity for expedited employment or letters of intent. Most candidates sought positions as teachers, behavior intervention specialists, support staff and more. #TeamHCDE showcased its state-of-the-art facilities, provided insight into the workplace climate and culture, and boasted the dual retirement programs and diverse benefits package. Interested applicants can visit hcdetexas.schoolspring.com for more information about open positions.
