Dr. CJ Rodgers, Assistant Superintendent of Education and Enrichment, and Andrea Seagraves, Center for Educator Success (CES) Senior Director, recently attended the 2025 Teaching Leading Coaching Conference, connecting with fellow industry leaders and gaining new strategies to best serve educators and coaches in instruction.

Held Oct. 5-7 in Phoenix by the Instructional Coaching Group, the TLC Conference aims to give attendees creative coaching strategies, innovative practices and practice tools to enhance their coaching skills.

Among the key sessions Rodgers and Seagraves attended were unpacking data rules for instructional leaders, using compassionate dialogue as a tool for change and instituting better conversations to produce better results.
