All Harris County Department of Education schools and administrative offices will be closed Monday, May 26, in observance of Memorial Day. The federal holiday honors the men and women who gave their lives while serving in the U.S. military. As the Department takes time to remember their sacrifice, we encourage our staff to pause, reflect and spend time with loved ones. HCDE offices and schools will resume normal hours on Tuesday, May 27.
