Last month, students from Academic and Behavior School (ABS) East and West participated in the Special Olympics Area 4 Greater Houston Bowling Competition, held Dec. 2 at Copperfield Bowl. 

Additionally, students Carsen Follis (ABS East) and Anthony Breedan (ABS West) each earned a top-eight finish. Follis placed fifth in his respective bracket, while Breedan finished eighth in his division. 

ABS West Teacher Kori Tulley helped organize and coach the student athletes, while several campus and Harris County Department of Education officials were on hand to cheer on the competing participants.
