Harris County Department of Education Superintendent James Colbert Jr. recently joined “Shift Everything,” a podcast hosted by West40 Intermediate Service Center (ISC) in Chicago, to discuss different leadership styles and superintendent tiers. West40 ISC is an agency that services school districts in West Cook County and the greater Chicago suburban area.
Colbert presented this topic alongside HCDE Chief Communication Officer Danielle Clark in July at the National School Public Relations Association Seminar, drawing a standing-room-only crowd for the 90-minute presentation, “Secret Sauce for Success.” West40 Communications and Media Relations Manager Chris Coffey attended the session and followed up with Colbert to bring the topic and conversation to the podcast.
