As an additional measure to ensure the safety of surrounding school districts, the Center for Safe and Secure Schools (CSSS) visited Waller ISD’s Lowe Elementary School for the first day of classes, helping support staff and ensuring students arrived safely and smoothly. CSSS officer Jeremy Foster and specialist Janice Owolabi joined Lowe staff members on Aug. 14, donning red CSSS vests to help with traffic flow and welcome students.
