Dr. CJ Rodgers, Harris County Department of Education assistant superintendent for Education and Enrichment, and Leslie Etheridge, Center for Safe and Secure Schools director, recently attended a two-day Professional and Executive Education Session with a focus on Strategic Sales Management at Harvard University. The cohort consisted of 32 professionals from eight different countries from various industries.

Facilitated through Harvard Business School, Executive Education offers programs for individuals and organizations that help executives and leaders expand their global perspective and lead at a higher level. Participants learned strategic sales best practices along with the nuanced leadership skills needed to lead direct reports, create a championship culture and ultimately increase effectiveness and efficiency.
