The Harris County Department of Education’s (HCDE) Research and Evaluation Institute (REI) helped fellow divisions better understand information from clients this week. The session, held June 20, included presentations and hands-on group activities, and allowed division leaders to decipher necessary information through surveys to improve services and programs. 

The session – “Client Satisfaction Data Dig” – assisted divisions in coming up with innovative tips to gather relevant information from clients. Division leaders and directors in attendance reviewed their own client satisfaction data collected from the 2023-2024 school year, and REI coordinators assisted in analyzing the information.
