Dr. CJ Rodgers, HCDE assistant superintendent of education and enrichment, and Yolanda Pyrtle, Research and Evaluation Institute (REI) director, attended the Qualtrics X4 Experience Management Summit on May 1-3 in Salt Lake City. The event is the world’s largest gathering of management professionals, and this year’s focus was on creating exceptional experiences for customers and employees.

Among the notable speakers were former First Lady Michelle Obama, who spoke on confronting fears, navigating change and surrounding yourself with the right people, and the CEOs of American Express, Hilton and Delta, who spoke on the importance of partnerships. Rodgers and Pyrtle were also able to explore Qualtrics products, including its artificial intelligence platform, and network with various school district personnel across the country.
