This week, Harris County Department of Education joined leaders across the state at the Texas Association of School Administrators (TASA) Midwinter Conference in Austin. Attendees gained opportunities to network, address similar administrative challenges and develop fresh insights.
Superintendent James Colbert Jr., Asst. Superintendent of Education and Enrichment Dr. CJ Rodgers, Asst. Superintendent for Academic Support Services Jonathan Parker, Director of Center for Safe and Secure Schools Leslie Etheridge and Senior Director of Center for Educator Success Andrea Segraves were among the leaders representing HCDE at the conference.
Staff from Client Engagement and Choice Partners manned HCDE’s trade show booth, answering questions about the purchasing cooperative and services provided by the Department. Foot traffic around the booth was consistent.
